what size person would this fit?

@mdbradley26 the brand’s size chart says size 16 for XL, but I think it can fit someone smaller or bigger, it just depends on your proportions. The top runs small (it was too small for me, I’d say I don’t think it can handle anymore than a C cup and that might be pushing it) but the middle/skirt part is very stretchy and was too big for me.
