Purple hybiscus sundress. It has a stretchy tube top. The hem is called butterfly hem and sometimes a handkerchief hem. The top is 20" unstretched and 48" totally stretched. Looks best at about 32" to 43". However smaller or larger people coul also wear it in style. The 3rd picture shows it on a dress form measuring 42".
