Navy blue sundress. Front has an embroidery like pattern. The top is like a “shell” in that it is detached from the bottom layer, but is attached at the shoulders. The shell allows the back to be see through with the cut out detail. The dress doesn’t have any tags for brand nor size. I am guessing the size is a 14. I’ve included measurements. Length is 37 inches, width at bust is 21 inches. Dress has some stretch and is A line.
