Sunday 7 ESD safe slippers Size 38/39

These are apparently for different types of work environments. I bought them because they are rubber and are a better sandal than the cheap plastic ones at local retailers. Size is 38/39 which according to the chart (see photo) is about a 7. These have no tags. I believe that they are new but there’s some kind of film or residue on these sandals. It may come off with cleaning. Anyway, research these I believe they are a quality product. I see on Amazon they are around $24 with shipping. Thanks.
