This gorgeous velvet skirt is a beautiful color that, to me, appears brick red or rust. The skirt has a side zipper that secures with a hook and eye closure. It is styled to be worn at the hips. The gored skirt style has ten panels giving the bottom a flare. Condition - Very good, only worn once - Please see the 4th photo showing a tiny blemish in the velvet. It tends to be hidden in the folds of the skirt when worn. Measurements - 26" waist - 26" length Fabric - 100% cotton

marilo1485 Thanks so much for this very helpful information. I have the same skirt (checked the style #), same size, different color—and the waist on mine is 29” (and fits perfectly, at the hips, as you said). Hope this gorgeous skirt goes to a good home!
