Sundance Navy Blue Velvet Dress

NWOT. Beautiful holiday dress with flowy lightweight velvet material. Length is approximately 38-39 inches long for this size XL. Sleeves are 11” long. Love this dress but not going to be able to wear it. I’m in between a large and extra large right now. I find that alot w my clothing. Is roomy and fluid. Wish I could wear it! Would be stunning w silver accessories. Has a perfect sheen to it when the material moves.
