Sunbay or Sun Bay? "Missy" Purse/handbag. Possibly vintage. There is a sea turtle on the front, embellished with beads and faux fur!! The background is sea coral (blue) with a cream-colored background. The edges and handle are woven. The inside tag states Made in India, cotton bag. There is an inside pouch with a zipper, and the top also zips closed. Very good pre-owned condition with no tears, holes, etc. Smoke-free, clean, and ready to use! Measures 9" across, 6 1/2" tall.
