Summer dress (small)

Super cute little dress with lots of fun details. I don’t see a size tag but if I remember correctly it’s a small. Light weight cotton with fitted bodice and flouncy skirt. Built in slip liner. There’s a tiny mark about 1/4” across as shown in last photo.
