Summer dress fusia and purple with cool pattern and unique hem line

By Australian brand State of Georgia this dress is one of my old favourites. It has a low cut front, button closure for the top. Waist band and skirt has front zipper. Top sleeves are floaty with elastic at the ends. It's so cool I kinda wanna keep it
