Summer breeze

Spaghetti straps vintage style dress lined with crinoline peekaboo trim. Cream and black beauty!!. I shortened the straps but they can be let out. I'm 4 11 so.. I will say this there's only 1-2 Inches to be let out. So unless you have a very thin frame I would say 5'7 ish would be max height as far as the straps go
