Summer Tie Back Halter Top Size Small

This is a super cute summer top that ties around the back of your neck. I got it from a boutique. It doesn’t have a brand listed on the tag. It is a size small. It measures approximately 27” in length. And it is supposed to bunch around the waist. (I usually wore a bra with see through straps which you can see in my pictures. Those see through straps are not part of the top.) Smoke free Yorkie friendly home.
