Summer Flower Mini Dress

Handsewn flower dress. Lightweight and great for summer. Breathable fabric. Super fun and bold pattern! I love this dress but it is a bit too big in the top for me. I am about a C cup. Looks cute belted. Can be dressed up or down. I am guessing on the size since it does not have a tag but is definitely plus size.
