Summer Dress Size M Tags Removed

Looks brand new but someone removed brand, size & fabric, wash instructions. I measured pit to pit across front lying flat and it is 19-20”. It’s a deep V front and square back. It feels like a polyester rayon, is very lightweight almost silky but not shiny. Length from top shoulder strap to hem is 38&1/2”. The front is a tailored like tuck in middle allowing dress to fall with a sort of second layer. Shift type dress I’ll call a medium. It’s blue with orange, yellow & gray flowers that look like they’ve been painted on! Very pretty! Hemline is even across.
