Easy, breezy summery, 100% Rayon dress! This dress has lots of movement around the bottom half, because of all the panels and godets between them. The stripes go different directions on the panels. It buttons all the way up the front with little mother-of-pearl shell buttons, and there are two extras included. Longer in the back, and has adjustable spaghetti straps. There is a wide elastic band across the back.
