The costume has built in snaps to contour your body! Built in panties, with closures that adjust.it also has tulle under the main skirt to make it stand out! Please understand, I’m not sure of the size! You are buying it as is, VERY IMPORTANT!!! Look at pictures for more details on measurements! The tag was removed and I couldn’t find one for this costume online! I don’t have or know exact size, just an estimate! I would wear a 14. It did fit, it was very snug!
