calebcantu123 Hello, I just bought a hat from you. The hat isn't a 20x, it feels like a wool hat. If you could provide me with some proof that it is indeed a 20x because also that isn't the original hat box to use a reassurance. Please get back with me.

rjasik @calebcantu123 Hello, the hat is a 20X hat just as described. If you look inside the band it is stamped with 20X. The hat was shipped in that box to protect it.

rjasik You can call the American Hat Company or The Hat Store in Houston, TX which is where it came from and they can confirm that that is what it is. But the band and tag inside the hat are original and describe the hat exactly as I described it.

rjasik Also, it is not a wool hat it is a pure felt hat which most less expensive felt hats are made of a felt blend not pure felt which is why it may seem different to you. But yes the hat is a 20X felt hat of high quality.

calebcantu123 I'm well aware of the inside. I have a 10x & a 7x from American and the quality of the hat you sent feels more like a 4x or even wool. You don't have the original box to prove the 20x. I just wanna make sure I'm not getting ripped off, cause the sweat band looks like it's been removed.

rjasik @calebcantu123 if you have any further questions please let me know but I sold you exactly what I described. And like I said before the box I shipped it in was only to protect the hat, that box had a cheaper hat in it from Cavendars.

rjasik @calebcantu123 one more thing if it will help ease your mind the higher quality felt the less stiff it is. You can probably send the hat in and they can tell you exactly what it is. But nothing has been done to that hat, everything is original. My husband has been buying American hats from The Hat Store for over 20 years. And we are not dishonest people. I hope I answered all your questions.

calebcantu123 @rjasik I'm aware of the qualities of a high quality hat. I own nothing but American not only that 40x and higher, that's why I'm a little skeptical about this hat. The quality just doesn't feel like a 20x. I'm not accusing you of being dishonest I just would've been more at ease with the original box or some other proof. Thank you though.
