AS IS! Sugar Lips Red Pleated Skirt - S Selling this pleated red skirt by the brand Sugar Lips. The waistband is a wide piece of elastic that has since worn out and stretched out. I’m selling as is - this could be replaced or you can use the fabric (a soft silky polyester blend I’m guessing) for something else. This skirt was a little longer than knee length on me before the waistband stretched out.
