Sue Wong Nocturne Sequined Dress 1920s Flapper Gatsby Fringe Cap Sleeve size 2

Absolutely stunning dress from designer Sue Wong's Nocturne line. Nearly every inch is covered with hand sewn sequins - the craftsmanship is just amazing. Geometric and starburst sequin designs in black, silver, and gold are sewn on a mesh overlay. Lining is a lovely grayish lavender color that shows through the black mesh. At the bottom of the lining is black fringe that peeks out of the hem and adds some texture and movement. This dress has a definite 1920s flapper, Great Gatsby vibe. So fun to wear! The lining also has an overlay within it with cups sewn in. Darts in front and back to give a flattering shape. Every detail was thoughtfully executed in this amazing dress. There is a side zipper. Zipper is fully functional, but must be handled with care and sticks a little due to the sequins. Material has some stretch. Perfect for a cocktail party, black tie event, or prom.
