I love these but sadly I bought a size too large for me and no matter how much I try they just aren’t working for me. So my loss is your gain. These are waterproof! These are in excellent condition. I don’t see any scratches or major damage to the leather and are a PERFECT fall/spring/summer color. You can’t go wrong with Navy! Kept away from pets, water (😋), dirt, temperature changes, sun. Does not come with box. Item will be shipped with all new packing materials. I am normally a size 8-1/2 USA or a Euro 39. I get a 9 in Dubarry boots (sock room). Dubarry is known for fitting to your foot and stretching. They’re worth it! These are a Euro 40 and fit like a true US 9-1/2.
