Stylish Red Women's Bag with Rainbow Straps

Red, canvas handbag with rainbow straps and plastic white piping along edges. Looks vintage like from the 80's, but it has a mini cell phone pocket, so my guess is it is from early 2000's. No tag. Faded, yet still kind of a bright red, zippers work but need some lubricant, and it has some stains.
