These DIBA TRUE ankle boots are a rich, leather blue suede, slouchy with a heel. Heels measure 2.5 inches, so they're definitely a heel but easy enough to walk in. Great with jeans or skirts. Sandra model 90208. Pre-owned and worn, so a little scuffing and some wear to the sole on the heels. See pictures for condition.
