Style Rack Ruched Top

Style Rack blue paisley ruched top. Lovely feminine pattern and colors. Can be worn on or off shoulders. Ruched portion has a long tie down the front middle with a soft blue gray tassel on each end. It can be drawn up; they are functional. The sleeve is 3/4 length with elastic at the end and is soft and flowy. Midway down the sleeve is an extra piece adding to the softness and flow.
