Stunning vintage‎ fascinator! - fine straw and silk

I recently found this 1960s lady’s “lid“ at an estate sale. It was carefully stored in its original box with tissue paper. See label on the outside “going away hat – honeymoon.” It is in remarkable condition with only a few tine holes in the straw, where flowers may have been pinned to it? The holes are no larger than the size of a pin and are hardly visible.
