Stunning vintage chimayo long wool coat with fringe

This is a stunning vintage chimayo coat from New Mexico circa 1940-1950. It is hand woven cream wool with red, black, blue, and yellow geometric designs. The front features pockets and fringe down the front. Estimated to be a woman’s loose small to medium. Being over 75 years old there are a few things to note. The inside neck lining has water stains, the red has a bit if faint run around some areas and there are a few small spots. I haven’t attempted to clean it. Overall, a beautiful and colorful example of a Chimayo antique jacket.
