Stunning off the shoulders sweater with ruffle detail

This sweater is really stunning in person. Collar is designed as off the shoulders/boat neck with ruffles of the same knot and a pretty detail on the sleeves as well. The color is very deep blue (like navy with black shot through it). I think I have worn this sweater twice.
