Stunning highlighter prom dress

Floor length, Highlighter yellow with a light blue overlay, giving most of the dress a vibrant green. The blue mesh overlay is rouched and gathered below the bust and flies down so you also get the blue layers there which gives it a kind of mermaid coloring effect. Gorgeous rhinestone band across chest and back. Metal is tarnishing a bit so will just need some polishing/tarnish remover. This dress was worn once and needs to be dry cleaned.
