Stunning halter dress

Excellent condition. Worn one time. Halter style. Hits at knee or just above knee. As seen in photo, slight ruching detail down front center seam. Color is a gorgeous sapphire. Built-in foam cups and boning on each side may avoid having to wear a strapless bra. All beading is in tact without any missing. Recently dry cleaned. 59% polyester, 36 nylon, 5% spandex.
