Highly polished wooden (rosewood?) front cover features 5.5 x 7 inch carved eagle (shell) seated on branch with shell and inlay abalone flowers as smaller (1.25 x 1.25 inch) wooden bird flies past. 22 dark cardstock, gilt-edges pages with light paper covers. Highly polished wooden back. Tied with silk thread. Photo album is 15.25 x 10.5 x 1.25 inches. Usable area of album pages is 13 x 10 inches. Amazing vintage condition with a few light scratches on silver paint border on front cover. Likely Korean (based on inlay work) or Japanese (based on characters on piece of paper in album).
