Stunning Tibi silk jersey strapless dress Small - needs new elastic at top

This gorgeous vintage silk jersey dress from Tibi is an overall excellent condition: it just needs the elastic repaired at the top of the dress, which could be done in just a small portion at the back at home or by a seamstress You could also turn this into a skirt and Bandow top easily as well to make it a two piece. Entire fabric of dress is in like new condition except for one small hole about an 1/4 inch in front and not visible when wearing - shown in photos. Measurements also shown in photos.
