Stunning Beaded Dress NWT!

This dress is a real beauty. It was purchased for an event I ended up not going to, unfortunately. It's the most beautiful blue color and covered with nicest embroidery, tiny sequins & beading. It's a fit & flare style, fully lined & has a back zipper entry. Tag attached, never worn & fits true to size. Would be PERFECT for a bridal shower, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or maybe even the dress you change into at your reception wedding dress as your "something blue". It's truly gorgeous! Also, please note this is from Dress The Population's BLACK line. This line is their higher end, even nicer quality (than their usual)beautiful dresses & gowns. And it's still on the Nordstrom website for $400!
