only worn indoors! I tried really hard to make these work for me, but the shape doesn't work for my feet in great condition :) size 8 or 38.5 and fit true to size! the toebox is tapered and if you usually have trouble with width, they'll be too tight for you :( otherwise the fit is as expected :)
