brand new in a box, 4 inch heel. black suede. true size is 9W although size on the shoe shows 9.5 W. SW pointy shoes run small so it is usually recommended to size up half size. please Google review for these shoes if you are not familiar with this brand. the width is wide, and it is probably only slightly wider than medium.
