The backing piece is still there so it's still held together. Cleaned and sanitized, leather has been conditioned. Zippers work well. See photos for exact condition. Great quality black leather boots with side zippers for easy on & off. Metal detail at the back of the heels is not discolored - it's just really hard to photograph reflective things! Leather and textile lining, man made soles. Discreet stretch panels on the sides for a Chelsea boot feel. Heavier weight than they look, very solid feeling.
