Structured Little Black Dress

Good used condition with a little pilling up by the left shoulder (in picture) but no fading. The dress has a stretchy cotton feel with horizontal textured stripes. It’s fitted with darts so a very flattering fit. Laying flat the waist measures 13” but there is spandex for stretch and hits just above the knee in me (I’m 5’4”). Dress comes with a black sash belt but I’ve worn it with a tan belt and even a sparkly belt for evening.
