Striped textured dress in Navy-cream

Horizontal stripes made from a stretch fabric Off the shoulder about knee length. I am 5.2” so it hits below my knee. Very flattering. No zipper or any closure, it is a pull over style. Can be dressed down with sandals or dresses up with pumps and chunky accessories.
