Flirty shirt/ jacket has 1 hook & eye closure & raw edges on ruffle tops. 100% cotton. Made in India by A. Moon. Sz M-L...measurements: shoulder-17", bust-42", above ruffle-42", shoulder to hem-23.5". My dress form is a sz 8. Last photo shows a few spots on sleeve ruffle that have some fading, otherwise, like new condition.
