@kreativekristen Hi! Yes, I’m pretty sure I did but the party wasn’t over then. You might were still sharing your listings. Another Posher told me sees different listings on the top of my closet than I do when I’m not sharing that moment.

@alexkc so there is a scrabbling going on with the presentation of a closets listing which has little to do with how the seller sets up their closet, your last sharing were that random thing , the ones you did after I sent that note was how my closet was set up by me … the thing is it makes me look weird when I’m shareing other Christmas stuff.

@kreativekristen I already have. They said to update to the newest version of the app which didn’t fix the problem. What cost me some sales is that I can’t create a bundle for someone after I received their offer. Even after I countered I couldn’t create a bundle.

@kreativekristen Reported it each time it happened and always get the same lame answer I have to wait until the potential buyer reaches out first. Everytime I have a specific question I get an generated reply hitting the topic but not answering the question. Do you have the same problem?

Can you cancel the original bundle and start over , sometimes that the fastest way . I m a beta tester for the new program so I tend to get more conciliatory feedback , not fixed but ‘ I feel your pain response .

@alexkc I have the newest version on my I phone and an older vein my I pad , seriously I use which ever one lets me do what I need , while the new version has a lot of bells and whistles, it still doesn’t explain a lot , so as always we just keep pressing buttons til something works.

@kreativekristen I‘m afraid to cancel since 3% of cancellation leads to a restricted account. I have so much trouble with USPS, don’t want to risk of getting paused. Put to much work into my closet.

@alexkc I agree with you there , I buy a lot of $5 items and a lot of those sellers never ship … so orders get canceled … I ve been told that they is a cancel record now , I haven’t found it yet … this one gives me head aches

Yes, me too. I heard any cancellation counts. I reached out to Poshmark and specifically asked multiple times what kind of cancellations count towards to the 3% of your overall orders. Needless to say I didn’t get an answer.

@alexkc I ended up asking questions in the support center feed. I just keep asking random question til I finally get an answer…it mentioned that 3 percent and let me know that buyers cancelations don’t count, they have different types of cancellation for sellers , sorry I didn’t keep the text …and have yet to find the listing of my closets cancels.

Hopefully it doesn’t count against you when you as a seller agree to a return request to accommodate a returning buyer.

@alexkc I would just refuse to cancel, explain to the buyer that you are unable to do that from your end , they can cancel and should if that’s what they want , suggest she contact posh for help, we need to be passing the buck where it should be . I’ll share your closet during the night time party, tops party is still off .
