Striped Paperbag Shorts

Reposhing this item, a little too big for me. Super cute paperbag shorts!! Size L. I'm between a 6-8 in bottoms and I feel like they are too big for me, part of that is due the style of shorts. Measurements are taken while laying flat: Elastic waist stretches to 19.5" inches. 13" rise. Inseam is about 1.5" Shorts have two front slit pockets and an adorable bow tie at the waist. Questions?
