Striped Navy Blue Pouf Dress

This is a fun dress! Tight on top, pouf on bottom and open back. I loved this one so much, but doesn't fit anymore. I've worn it, but it's still in really good condition. Can be paired with a cardigan and tights for colder months. (belt not included)
