Striped Maxi Dress

NWOT. Cream and black striped maxi dress. Perfect for casual outings. Cut out back. I’m 5’8”, 145lbs…too small in the top for me because the material doesn’t give any. Never worn. It’s a small and I usually wear a medium. Would likely be good for someone in between those sizes too. I’m just a true medium and got the wrong size.
