Worn a few times but a fun piece to any closet. High slits in the front. Black, yellow, tied and cream striped pattern with marigold. Measures about 39” in length and 14” across waist for a size 28 waist. I usually am a 27” waist. Don’t remember the brand. I think I got them at a thrift shop somewhere when traveling! They’re very comfortable and fun. Waistband is expandable
