Striped Floral Dress

SLNY very good condition fit and flare midi dress. Top is black and stretchy (material is lined). Bottom is taffeta like with floral and black and white stripes. Zip down back. Matching belt is attached at back. Lined with tulle on bottom. One tiny pull on chest show in photo. Size 8. Under arm 17.5 inches, waist 15 inches, length 49 inches.
