Striped Express Top

Lightweight and great for summer, this oversized Express blouse is in good used condition. It’s a size small and 64% rayon, 36% polyester. Top button elastic is a little more stretched out than other ones (see third pic) but still very wearable and cute. Open to reasonable offers!
