Striped Beach Bag or tote

From DSW, this pink, cream, and blue striped beach tote is cute and large. Inside zipper pocket for safety. Preowned but in good condition. Only flaw is a little unraveling at the top of one of the handles as shown in the pictures. There is also some discoloration around the inside zipper. The bag measures when laying flat 23 inches wide by 14 inches high and has a base of 5 1/2 inches to make it wide. Unsure of the exact material but it feels like a synthetic textured strawlike. Handles are rope. Smoke-free home.
