I'm 5'3" and this falls right above knee. Short sleeve flare dress with back zipper. Lined. The previous owner must have taken off the brand tag. Classic navy blue. Could pair with a denim jacket/blazer and heels/boots. Flat Measurements 17" pit to pit, 14.5" waist, 22" long skirt length. The lace lining is stretchy and soft.
