Stretch Is Comfort black skirt with pockets

Elastic waistband with non-functional ties. Unstretched waist is 18 inches, hip is about 26. I think I wore this twice. Fit small around my hips and made the pockets stick out weirdly. Would not recommend if you carry your weight in your hips.
