Awesome riding jacket unfortunately we sold our bikes shortly after buying it so only has maybe a dozen uses! Outside shell is black canvas material with reflective stitching on the back. It has waist straps to bring it in to still keep your shape. It has zippers to accommodate a bigger tush too! Lots of vent zippers and removable inner shell to use when it's cold or remove in the summer.

the other measurement was for another jacket. Sorry. Actual measurements are:
Pit to pit: 16"
Pit to cuff: 17 3/4"
Center of back collar to hem: 26"
Shoulder to shoulder: 17"
There are waist loops which typically sit at 17", but have adjustments to bring the jacket in to 15"
