topshelfresale@attamanda Hi Amanda, The measurement across the top is 16 inches, a total of 32 inches all the way around. The bag measures 14 inches from the top of the bag to the middle of the bottom laying flat. The bottom is woven in a circular patten and measures about 9.5 inches across the bottom. The straps are a total of 18 inches or about an 8 inch drop.
