Strathmore Beautiful red tartan skirt. Red with greens and black Typical wrap design Slight pleating At waist - side there are 2 leather buckles Inside waistband is velcro (I would guess that whoever owned the skirt put the velcro on). Stunning skirt! Chunky sweater and some leather boots and you will make a statement! There is no size tag on the skirt. I am guessing probably an XL-1X (16). Size 16? XL-XXL? Waist* - 17" lying flat (has adjustable inner velcro and buckles at waist.
