The hand smocked bodice has white satin ribbons woven within the smocking. Sweet little hand-embroidered rosettes within the smocking are a perfect little accent.The Peter Pan collar has hand -embroidered white border. The short sleeves gather and what makes this dress so special is the tulip (petal) sleeves. A rare edition for Strasburg. Dress is fully lined and has a tie-back sash.
